1. Returns and Refunds
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us in writing within twenty-four hours of receipt. To request a return, please contact us at floatingelementsgallery@gmail.com with clear images of the damaged item and packaging. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of the notification in Australia and 14 days internationally.
Floating Elements cannot offer refunds or replacement of goods that are damaged through misuse, including by failure to exercise reasonable care.
2. Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us within twenty-four hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for an exchange, subject to product availability.
3. Change of Mind or Wrong Selection
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items due to a change of mind or incorrect selection. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within twenty-four hours. After printing commence we will no longer be able to cancel or modify your order.
