At Floating Elements each artwork is made to order and we offer worldwide shipping for unframed artworks from our base in Sydney, Australia.
Please note that the dispatch timelines mentioned below refer to the processing and preparation of your order and do not include courier transit times. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us.
1. Unframed Artworks
Timelines for dispatch:
Within 5-10 working days for your artworks to be dispatched.
Shipping Cost:
Australia: free shipping
Rest of the world: $29 per order
Packaging:
Your unframed prints will be rolled up and securely packaged in mailing tubes.
2. Framed Artworks:
Timelines for dispatch:
Framed artworks may take up to 10-15 working days for dispatch.
Shipping Cost:
Australia: free shipping
Rest of the world: not available
Packaging:
We use industry-standard packaging techniques to protect framed artworks during transit.
3. Local Pick Up:
We are based in St Leonards, so if you’re in Sydney, you can arrange a convenient local pick-up time for framed or unframed artworks by contacting us via email.
